Sales Agreement for Purchase of a Puppy
Below is the agreement that must be printed out, and sent along with a deposit of $200 to hold a puppy. It is a pdf file and Adobe is required to be able to read it.
Payment methods accepted are Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Orders, or Paypal will be accepted (with $3.00 added for each $100.00 to cover the cost of Paypal fees).
A personal check is allowed only for a deposit as long as there is sufficient time for the check to clear before delivery of the puppy is made.
