If you purchase one of our puppies, you must be a good match for it. You agree to give it the utmost of your care and attention. Treat it as if it were one of your own children.

If you are interested in a puppy that we have, you may put a deposit of at least $200 down to hold it for you. Deposits are non-refundable and show earnest intentions of purchase. Puppies sold at pet quality start at $800, show quality starts at $1000. Full registration for an approved puppy will be $200 additional. No puppy will be allowed to leave until balance due is paid in full.

We prefer that you pick up your puppy in person. If you request air shipping, we will consider it for your convenience and only if it is a necessity. Only certain airlines will accept them and only under certain weather conditions. Puppies cannot fly in Hot or Cold weather. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. All shipping expenses must be paid by the buyer, including crate fees. Shipping fees are approximately $200.00 - $250.00. Please consider flying yourself or make it your vacation to pick your baby up in person. Flying a puppy can be very stressful on them and it is not our choice to do this. Each individual circumstance will be considered upon a request.

You must have your pet checked out by your vet within 48 hours of receiving it. This ensures that you have a healthy pet and it is free from sickness. We will guarantee your puppy will be free from any serious health problems for two years. This does not include minor everyday problems that regular visits to a vet will resolve. It also does not include injuries that a puppy has been exposed to after leaving us and were under the owner's control. Any puppy returned must be accompanied by a dated statement from your vet describing the exact nature of its illness. Any deaths require an autopsy or no refunds or replacements (our choice) will be honored. You must notify us immediately if you have any problems with your puppy. You will be asked to show proof that you took your puppy to a vet within the required 48 hour period, so make sure you keep your proof of this visit.

We will not guarantee that the puppy purchased will be a contender for show or be able to finish to a champion status. If a puppy is sold as show quality, this means it meets the qualifications for that purpose. To complete champion status depends entirely upon the owner and handler which is out of our control.

When you purchase a puppy from us, please be prepared to keep in touch with us and understand that we like to be informed of your puppy's progress which includes pictures and possibly visiting you. We have been very successful in making good matches for our babies and will continue to strive to keep to this in the future. Our babies are extensions of our family and we only look for their best interest when making decisions on where they will be placed. A chihuahua is an inside companion and will provide you with many years of love. A dog house outside is completely out of the question! If you ever consider relinquishing your pet that we sold to you, we will accept it back with open arms and there will be no compensation provided to you in this exchange.
